Refund and Cancellation Policy


Thank you for choosing DMaxfield Photography. Please review the following policy regarding bookings and purchases.

Photography Sessions

Session fees and deposits reserve your appointment time and may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients who need to reschedule should provide as much advance notice as possible. Requests will be accommodated based on availability.

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice may result in forfeiture of any deposit or session fee.

Print Orders

All prints are custom-made to order.

Because of the personalized nature of photographic prints, all print sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damaged item.

Approved claims will be replaced at no additional cost.

Digital Downloads

Due to the immediate delivery of digital products, all digital download sales are final and non-refundable.

Order Issues

If there is an issue with your order, please contact DMaxfield Photography promptly so we can work toward a satisfactory resolution.
