Photography Services

Photography services are provided according to the agreement made between DMaxfield Photography and the client.

Session dates and times are confirmed upon acceptance.

Copyright

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all photographs remain the exclusive copyrighted property of DMaxfield Photography under United States copyright law.

Purchasing prints or digital files does not transfer copyright ownership.

Personal License

Digital downloads and purchased prints are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.

Images may not be:

  • Sold
  • Altered for commercial purposes
  • Submitted to contests
  • Used for advertising
  • Licensed to third parties

without written permission.

Social Media Sharing

Clients may share purchased images on personal social media accounts provided that the images are not substantially altered and appropriate credit to DMaxfield Photography is maintained whenever practical.

Orders

Orders for prints and digital products are processed after payment is received.

Production and delivery times may vary depending on the product and fulfillment provider.

Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of photography services and printed products:

  • Photography session fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
  • Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered.
  • Custom print orders are non-refundable except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage.

Damaged products should be reported promptly after delivery.

Product Appearance

Actual print colors and appearance may vary due to differences in monitor calibration, printing processes, lighting conditions, and material characteristics.

Minor variations do not constitute defects.

Client Galleries

Online galleries may remain available for a limited period. Clients are encouraged to download purchased digital files promptly.

DMaxfield Photography is not responsible for files that are lost after gallery expiration.

Website Use

Users agree not to:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to website systems
  • Copy or reproduce website content without permission
  • Interfere with website functionality
  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

Intellectual Property

All photographs, logos, graphics, text, branding, and website content are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Nevada law, DMaxfield Photography shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or photography services.

Any liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the applicable product or service.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal action arising from these terms shall be brought in the appropriate courts located within the State of Nevada.

Changes to These Terms

DMaxfield Photography reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
